š Did you know the heart of Lions reaches far beyond our own community?
Lions serve in eight global causes ā childhood cancer, diabetes, disaster relief, the environment, humanitarian efforts, hunger, vision and youth. But those causes are more than words on a list. When tragedy strikes, Lions put āWe Serveā into action.
Right now, that includes responding to the devastating tragedy in Nepal, where Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF) has already provided $200,000 in humanitarian assistance to help those affected.
Thatās one of the things I love about being a Lion. ā¤ļø We serve right here at home, but weāre also part of something much bigger ā 1.4 million Lions around the world ready to step up when people need us most.
