It is with a heavy heart that we report that we have have lost one of our members Dan Wilson. If you attended any of our events you may have meet or seen Dan around. He was one of the founding members of the park serving 2010 - 2025. He was instrumental in many of the projects and ongoings of the park. He will be missed but not forgotten.

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!!
On this 249th birthday of our country, we would like to thank all those that have volunteered in their way, served to protect, and most of all, those that made the ultimate sacrifice. While we all come together to celebrate this holiday with fireworks and barbecues, let us not forget those that have given us the freedoms we have to do so. Please give thanks and be careful this holiday.

We would like to thank Albert, Steve, and Mike for their continued help in setting the two new poles at the park. With this new addition we can now fly the newly formed Space Force flag and the POW flag. While we had the manpower we were also able to fight the winds and retire the larger Stars and Stripes with a new one and all ropes and hocks that hold her proudly.

We would like to thank Brian with the Battle WithIn Foundation and all those that came out to help place the 4 x 6 American flags this past sunday. Each one represents 1 veteran who lost the battle within themselves against unseen injuries sustained while defending our freedoms. The current number is 8,030 that's 660 every 30 days, 152 every week, 22 every day and 1 every hour of every day. Sadly this number only grows every year. Please if you know a veteran, reach out and support, they need you as much as we need them.

Some new additions will be coming to the center flag line up. Two new poles are being added and these hard workers are getting the foundations prepped.

We would like to do a shout out to Albert Staley, Mike Staley, and Rudy Horlbeck for their combined efforts on the installation of a new flag pole behind the 911 steel making it easier for us to raise and lower the flag that flies above it.
