Long Island Green Homes is a non-profit collaborative project administered the Sustainability Institute at Molloy College. Partners include the towns of East Hampton, Southampton, Huntington, North Hempstead, and Smithtown. Community organization partners include Community Development Corporation of Long Island, United Way of Long Island, and Long Island Green. The program is available to every Long Islander. Numerous community partners including environmental, academic institutions, civics, and other local organizations reaching over 100,000 Long Islanders are helping to promote this program. By taking a whole-house approach, a participating BPI Accredited Home Performance Contractor can help address a host of problems, including: - Drafty rooms - High utility bills - Inefficient, old appliances - Inconsistent temperatures throughout your home - Poor ventilation and humidity control Get Started With 3 Easy Steps Step 1) Schedule a Free Comprehensive Home Assessment.
