The jambalaya fundraiser for Addi was a HUGE success yesterday. We had to get extra plates and more green beans just to finish the orders. We boxed 900 plates and only had a few leftover. We had four chefs that cooked four pots of jambalaya.

We had many people that cooked and donated cakes. We had several friends and family show up to help cook, plate, deliver, anything else that was needed not to mention all those behind the scenes that help plan and spread the word.

We had an enormous amount of support with those that purchased dinners and donated for Addi and her family.

We can’t explain how thankful we are for all of the support. We had almost no cost for the entire fundraiser as almost everything was donated.

We would like to thank the following:
Amite First Baptist Church for letting us use their facilities.
