UMass Amherst Day at Polar Park brought alumni, families, and friends together for a fun-filled afternoon of cheering on the WooSox, making new connections, and celebrating all things UMass. From thoughtful conversation to chef-prepared bites, Vineyard Vibes brought UMass Amherst alumni and friends together at the ocean’s edge in Oak Bluffs for an afternoon of connection, community and big ideas. 🌊❤️

Dr. Robin D. G. Kelley and Dr. Irma McClaurin ’76 MFA, ’89 MA, ’93 PhD, led a thought-provoking conversation about how history, memory and imagination can serve as a compass for creating a more just and expansive future.

Thank you to Dr. Kelley, Dr. McClaurin and Chef Lori Edmonds ’89 for making the afternoon one to remember—and to everyone who brought their voice to the table.
