Balanced Living with Diabetes
If you or a loved one has Type 2 diabetes, join the Balanced Living with Diabetes program to take control of your health! This 6-week program will provide you with support to make healthier food choices, become more active, and manage your blood sugar levels effectively.

WE did it! 2026 Amherst County 4-H Camp was hot, humid, stormy, and FULL OF FUN. This was my third year and I can tell you it was the BEST year. Thank you to my people - the ones who keep me sane, keep me laughing, keep camp moving, and function on little to no sleep right alongside me. I love and appreciate you all so very much. Until next year…thank you. I am grateful for your dedication to our program and to our youth. We couldn’t do this without you! 💚🍀💚
