**TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT**
…was an issue last year! Some people didn’t follow the instructions on our socials and found themselves in the trash drop off line and got upset at the city workers doing their jobs. 🤦‍♂️

So this year spread the word….

*FRIDAY 10/16 PRE-PARTY

General Public: 1.) Everyone but the bands and staff, please follow the blue line on the below map to the grass lot. 2.) Enter at the ticket booth. No one will be manning it as there are no sales at the door. 3.) Check in at the table in the green building that houses the second stage. It’s right inside the gate. We will give you your wristband and update our headcount.

Bands only: 1.) Follow the red line into the fairgrounds to the right. 2.) Park in the lot adjacent to the stage. 3.) See us at the table for your credentials and get your swag bag. 3.) Load in at the red X.

*SATURDAY 10/17 UNDEAD REVIVAL FESTIVAL- we will have volunteers helping direct traffic at the entry gate. Please be patient and courteous.

General Public: 1.) Follow the blue line to the grass parking lot. 2.) Proceed to the ticket booth. 3.) Pick up your wrist band or check back in with the one from Friday night. Either way, we will need to get a headcount again for the grant.

Volunteers/Band Guests: 1.) You will get your VIP badge or wristband at the gate. Even if you got it the night before, please be counted at the front entrance. 2.) Proceed to park in the grass lot. 3.) Show credentials at the ticket booth. They will wave you through.

Bands only: 1.) Check in at the entrance gate to get your VIP lanyards. 2.) Follow the red line into the fairgrounds. 3.) Park in the lot closest to your stage. 4.) Load in at the X. 5.) See Julie for your swag bag.

It’s not nearly as complicated as it sounds. We will post a video tonight once we get a chance to record one. Just wanted to get ahead of our biggest challenge last year. 🙌
