🦦✨ ZERO NEEDS YOUR HELP — AND HE’S READY TO GET HIS SMILE BACK! ✨🦷

Meet Zero, a sweet 6-year-old ferret from Nashua, NH, who was lovingly adopted by his owner and has a BIG personality — and some VERY unhappy teeth. 💔

Zero has severe dental disease that is causing him pain, and his veterinary team has recommended extensive extractions. They’re hoping to save as many healthy teeth as possible, but Zero may ultimately need all of his teeth removed so he can finally be comfortable and pain-free. ❤️

🦷 Here’s where things get a little wild:
Ferrets have 34 teeth — and Zero may need help with every single one of them!

His initial examination and care are estimated around $562, with extractions costing approximately $80–$128 per tooth. His total veterinary care is currently estimated at at least $1,000, depending on how many teeth can be saved.

And Zero? He deserves every chance to feel like himself again. ❤️

This little guy has so much life and personality left to live. We just want to get him through this painful chapter and back to doing what ferrets do best — being adorable little chaos noodles! 😂🦦

💙 HOW YOU CAN HELP ZERO:
🐾 Donate toward his veterinary care
🐾 Share Zero’s story
🐾 Tag a fellow ferret lover
🐾 Even a few dollars can make a difference!

Every donation and share brings Zero one step closer to a pain-free smile. 🥹❤️

Let’s get Zero back to being a happy, toothless little troublemaker! 🦦💨❤️

🐾 Donations can be made through Tails to Freedom to help cover Zero’s veterinary care:

🐾❤️ Look who we’re helping in Mason, New Hampshire! ❤️🐾

Meet Buddy 🐶 and Luna 🐱 — just two of the animals whose families are facing the overwhelming cost of veterinary care.

When a beloved pet gets sick or injured, the last thing a family should have to worry about is whether they can afford the medical care their animal desperately needs. Unfortunately, veterinary bills can add up incredibly quickly, and families can find themselves facing heartbreaking decisions simply because they don’t have the money.

That’s where Tails To Freedom comes in. ❤️

Tails To Freedom helps families with veterinary medical expenses, giving pets like Buddy and Luna the chance to receive the care they need while helping their families keep them where they belong — at home, surrounded by the people who love them.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps us say YES when an animal needs medical care. 🐾

$5. $10. $25. Every little bit adds up. Even a small donation can make a meaningful difference for a family going through one of the scariest moments of their lives.

Thank you for helping us help them. ❤️🐶🐱

Because financial hardship should never be the reason a family has to say goodbye to a beloved pet.

📣 We’re Looking for a Social Media Volunteer!

Tails To Freedom / Lucky Dog Thrift Shop is currently looking for a volunteer to help keep our Facebook and Instagram pages updated with pets in need of help, the animals we are helping, upcoming events, photos, and occasional newsletters.

Our longtime social media volunteer recently stepped away after 14 years of volunteering, and we’re so grateful for all the time, dedication, and love he gave to keeping everyone connected! ❤️

We love you, Justin!! We are so grateful for everything you have done for us! ❤️

We’re hoping to find someone who enjoys social media and would be willing to help with animal/pet posts once or twice a week (or as your schedule allows). It doesn’t have to be a huge time commitment. We’d simply love to have someone who can lend a hand and help keep our community informed about the animals we’re helping and what’s happening with our organization.

If you’re interested or would like to learn more, please send us an email at mailto:[email protected]!

We’d love to have you join our volunteer team! 🐾❤️📱
