Asociacion ADAMES currently works in many areas: eductation, supporting drinking water, providing medications and hospital supplies, and leadership development. We also work in the community through San Francisco Sano de VIH y Embarazo en Adolesentes. This teen pregnancy and STD prevention program uses the Grass Roots Soccer curriculum to teach information and decision making skills to teens. We a

lso run the Professional Interchange Program, where professionals and students can travel to the DR to learn about Dominican culture, Spanish language and international health. based researchers and Dominican nurses, doctors and community members to evaluate the interventions as well as look at new ways to improve care.
