1 year ago today was historic for UMass SLAP. We won three long campaigns on the same day. We saw temporary dining hall workers win their first union contract after 3 years. We saw Peer Mentors finally win their union. And we saw Student Businesses able to accept dining dollars for the upcoming year. We built a lot of student power last spring and the relationships we built are still standing. Today we stand in solidarity with UMass Fossil Fuel Divestment Campaign during their occupation of Whitmore. We can feel and see the student power continuing to build one year later. All the love!!!!!!
