Our Why:
As an educator, our founder saw her students go without basic hygiene products and clothing which affected their performance in the classroom, mental health, and attendance record. Did you know?
- 1 in 5 girls in America have missed school due to a lack of menstrual products.
- 0 governmental programs help with hygiene products.
- Covid has caused a 60% increase in the demand for hygiene products.
- 1 in 3 low-income American families struggle to afford basic non food household goods. Going Mobile:
A big obstacle to providing items to those in need is a lack of accessibility. With this in mind, Path & Green's priority is to come directly to our clients. We recently purchased a truck, which we will be retrofitted into a mobile boutique. This will allow us to pull up to every high school in Lorain County where girls can come "shop" at our boutique for the items they need.

🌞 Fan Donation Request 🌞

Does anyone have a fan or two that you're no longer using?

Our Path & Green office doesn't have air conditioning, but we still have work to do this summer to prepare for the upcoming school year. If you have a box fan, tower fan, or oscillating fan collecting dust, we'd be so grateful to give it a new home!

If you're able to donate one, please send us a message. Every little bit helps keep our volunteers cool! 💚

We are excited to announce that our website has a NEW look! 🎉

This spring, we had the opportunity to partner with Professor Neeland and three students from his CISS 247 class at Lorain County Community College. Kaytie, Robert, and Dominic worked hard to refresh our website by cleaning up pages, creating enhancements, and updating the overall design to make it more modern and easier to navigate.

We are incredibly grateful for their time, talent, and creativity — and we absolutely love how it turned out! Be sure to check it out and explore the new look for yourself. 💚

Don’t just take our word for it—listen to the voices of the school counselors and staff who see the impact every day. 💛

They see the smiles. They see the confidence grow. They see girls feel stronger, more prepared, and more supported.

This is the power of meeting basic needs with dignity and care.

No girl should ever have to choose between going to school and managing her period.

Period poverty affects more than access to products—it impacts confidence, dignity, mental health, and attendance.

This is why Path & Green exists.
To make sure every girl has what she needs to show up prepared, confident, and ready to thrive. 💛

🙌 High 5 for 5 Years! 🙌

For 5 incredible years, Path & Green has been helping girls in Lorain County show up to school with dignity, confidence, and the essentials they need to thrive.

To celebrate 5 years of impact, we’re inviting our community to join us in giving $5 for 5 years. If you already donated, help us out by high-fiving a friend by tagging them in the comments and asking them to give $5 too!

Just $5 can help provide hygiene and period products that change a girl’s entire day—and sometimes her future.

Together, we can continue ending hygiene insecurity and period poverty for the girls who need us most.

💛 Give today and celebrate with us!
