Amesbury Quakers

Amesbury Quakers As Quakers we value inclusive community. We strive to live within our long tradition of integrity, and simplicity. It is usually brief.

We foster equality, engage in active peacemaking, and stewardship of the earth. We are currently offering Hybrid Meeting for Worship – In-Person & on Zoom

If you plan to attend in-person worship please review and follow our safety guidelines that are listed on our homepage: https://AmesburyQuakers.org/

If public safety issues rise again due to a spike in COVID with the highly contagious varian

ts we may return to Zoom only worship and will publish information on this page and our website to inform you. About Quaker Worship:
During worship, we mostly sit together in silent meditation, and when someone is moved to speak, they stand and share. Then they sit and we return to silence and the stillness that allows our personal experience of the Divine. About Our Meeting:
We welcome all and have no required beliefs. Many of us have a direct relationship with God, but some of us don't and may even be atheists. Five fundamental Quaker principles that we strive to live by are: Simplicity, Peace, Integrity, Community, Equality
