I'm a homeschooling mother of a large family. My grown children include a computer programmer, a sign language interpreter, a physician, a midwife , and a nurse. We especially enjoyed learning through reading the classics, and researching original source documents.
Since my kids are grown, I'm at a good stage to be able to give back to the community.
I'm running because I'm concerned that kids are being indoctrinated in American school systems.
-Children are taught to question their genders and keep secrets from their parents.
-They are s*xualized, and it's not s*x ed you can opt out of since it is woven in the curriculum.
-Surveys are used to data mine and track children.
-The focus on education should not be on "equity", that is the final outcomes, but on giving each child the opportunity to flourish in their own way.
-This is a cultural war against parents.
I want to guard against these harmful ideologies and promote transparency to parents.
I would love to see the schools focus on wholesome education that builds the kids up, preparing them for life. That includes teaching them the 3 R's, introducing them to great literature, and original source materials, including the American founding documents, teaching practical life skills, STEM, and the fine arts. I would love for Amesbury public schools to focus on instilling a life long love of learning.
I hope to get your vote so I can serve the families of Amesbury.
