Our club is excited to support land acquisition and habitat restoration right here in Iowa! Thank you to Story County Conservation and everyone who makes opportunities like this possible.
🎊THANK YOU - to the ISU Pheasants Forever chapter for generously donating $25,000 toward efforts to acquire the Cambridge Tract and protect and restore valuable habitat along the South Skunk River!!
We're especially grateful to see this generation of conservation-minded leaders invest such time and energy into fundraising efforts in this place they may only call home for a few years. Their efforts are a powerful reminder that Story County's land, water and wildlife will have passionate advocates for generations to come! Thank you, Cyclones.
This 247-acre property is a significant opportunity with potential for habitat, water quality, and recreation. Currently owned by Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation, we will take possession and begin restoration once funds are raised. Partial funding comes from the Story County Water & Land Legacy Bond.
