This adds new meaning to the popular phrase "Are you smarter than a fifth grader?" These girls are truly wise beyond their years!

Just months after Arlington Heights opted out of Cook County's so-called puppy mill ordinance, a trio of local fifth-graders have helped officials craft a local law requiring pet stores to provide shoppers with detailed information about the dogs and cats for sale.
