Friend,
What do you do when you’ve been believing God — and believing and believing and believing — but nothing seems to be changing?
There comes a moment when you’ve held onto a promise for so long that other voices begin to speak, voices that say, “It’s never going to happen. If it were going to happen, it would have happened by now. Why don’t you just let it go?”
But the Bible gives us a very direct command in Hebrews 10:35: “Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.” In other words, don’t you dare throw away your faith! Even when it feels like you’ve been waiting for years, even when the pressure builds, even when it would be easier to walk away, this is not the moment to release your grip.
When you instead choose to stay in faith, something is happening that you cannot yet see: Your answer — your breakthrough, the very thing God has promised you — is already moving in your direction.
Make a decision today: “I will not give up.” Take a moment to pray and recommit to standing in faith. I also encourage you to take a moment right now to watch this message and let the Word of God strengthen your faith today.
