Our second annual Run for the Sun 5k is coming up on Saturday, March 4th at 10 am!

All proceeds will benefit the Ames ChildServe Childcare Center this year.

The Iowa State University Enactus club and Wells Fargo will host the Run for the Sun 5K on Saturday to benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Story County.

At least 2 or 3 hours before you start out, remember to eat a carbohydrate rich breakfast to fuel your run! Make sure there’s not too much sugar or fat, a bagel and a banana is a great choice!
