Happy BINGO THURSDAY!!! We had a nice rain to keep the crops and the flowers growing. No water needed to keep the Jackpot growing, just more Bingo players. We would like to invite you to join us at the VFW Post 7929 Amery WI this afternoon for some Bingo fun. We play an exciting mix of 15 games, then finish the night with our Coverall game, which has a Progressive Jackpot. Our doors open at 4:00pm, We will be ready to serve you up some delicious Heggie's Pizza or Cheesy Bread with a nice cold beverage (Beer. Wine, and soda pop.) If pizza is not your thing, we also have all beef hot dogs. We also have DQ Dilly Bars, and plenty of other snacks while you play. We always have fresh and now FREE popcorn!!! Our first game starts at 6:30 pm. We have a BIG 25 pack of delicious brats to Raffle, and the Auxiliary has a 50/50 Raffle. The proceeds from these raffles fund our Scholarship programs. We welcome and encourage new players all the time. Give it a try, this is good entertainment for all. Remember that "Happiness is yelling B-I-N-G-O!!!" See less See less

I was contacted by Trudy Thiel from Christian Community Homes and Services in Osceola. She wanted to present our VFW Post with a beautiful banner that was created and signed by guests, residents, and employees at their facility. This banner was created to show their appreciation for the sacrifices that veterans have made and to Honor and Remember the one's who have paid the Ultimate Sacrifice. A couple veterans at the facility helped with the presentation, Don Stelter, resident and Gary Otlo, Facility Maintenance. This banner will be proudly displayed at VFW Post 7929 Amery WI. Thank you
