Seven years ago today, my life was forever changed. My little sister, my mini-me, had gained her angel wings. Kailey was a very special girl. She never looked at life like “why was I born in a wheelchair?”, but rather “I wasn’t born able to walk, but so what! I’m the only one of my friends who has an elevator in their house!” She was always helping others to the most of her ability and even when she couldn’t do much, she still did the most amount that she could because we were raised that every little bit can make a difference! When Kailey and I came up with fundraiser after our Wish Trips, I thought this was a great idea, we could do something to help make a difference in these two charities that can make a HUGE difference in other children’s, and their families, lives. Kailey was the inspiration behind this fundraiser and I will continue on doing what she would have wanted. I am ALWAYS taking orders for custom bracelets, keychains, bookmarks, and such and for “knotting-up” your headphone and other device cords! Just send me a message and we can discuss all the details!
