Women on the Frontline Wisdom Corner:
Leading while in your personal storm

Many times, being a woman on the frontline requires showing up for the assignment and others while you are yet going through your personal storm/ development. We have very few safe places to lay our heads when we are going through. Yes, we have God but God also gave us community. We are human and sometimes you need a place to just be "A Woman." No titles, just a woman. A place where you can release and be refilled. A place where women understand and value covering you in your weakest moments. A place of understanding and compassion. A nonjudegment zone. A place where iron can sharpen iron. A place where women actually fight for you in the spirit.

Women on the Frontline exist just for that woman in leadership ministry. Sometimes you don't have the language to what you are going through, but someone does.

Frontline Wisdom Corner:
BUILDING A WOMEN MINISTRY.

When building a women ministry, make sure the heart of God is the center.
⚔️Never use a women ministry for a social club to build cliques or tear down another woman.
⚔️You must be able to cover them in their nakedness, not take it as an opportunity to expose another woman's vulnerability.
⚔️As a leader/ builder, its your job to protect and cover what and who God has entrusted to you.
⚔️Dont be so holy that you become judgemental and condemn constantly without seeing women through the eyes of God.

The Builder
⚔️As the builder, you must be rooted and grounded in the word of God.
⚔️You must be vetted to deem worthy of the position to lead Gods women.
⚔️Pastors, dont put leaders in that seat because they "sound" good. There fruit must testify, " I have been with God."
⚔️Last but not least, if you are mean hearted, don't forgive easily, easily offended, love to gossip, love to see the down fall of others....have a seat and get with someone that can help walk you through healing and restoration.

Frontline Wisdom Corner:

There will be times giving up looks better than moving forward. There's a weight that is associated with the frontline that many are not ready for. You will encounter battles that you may not have the strategy or answer to. You cry behind closed doors and have a smile in public. Many days, the ONLY thing that keeps you from giving up is the assignment. You are human, but you want to please God more. You take your heart to the altar constantly to understand "this" warfare and its purpose. We understand that what I'm up against is not flesh and blood. So we rise to the fight knowing that there's an answer in the struggle. Most importantly, we understand emotions can't be apart of our artillery.

So to the women on the frontline in ministry and leadership, keep fighting the good fight of faith. Stand bold in who God called you to be and walk out your assignment with humility and the Word of God.

Happy Holidays Ladies
Its been a minute!

MARRIED WOMEN💝

Don't give up on your marriage. You are too close to forfeit the race. Your prayers, tears, and desires are not going unnoticed by God. Your marriage is not ordinary. Your marriage has an assignment and many attached to it. The enemy wants you to focus on the bad and not the "assignment" of your marriage. Cast your cares unto the Lord and WAIT for your steps to be ordered by Him. You can not afford to be on an emotional Rollercoaster in this hour. Pray without ceasing and be intentional with your healing.

In this season, God is calling women that were dropped, backslid, or hurt back to ministry. You laid the calling down, but it's time to pick it back up and give another yes. At some point, we have all been in the place of "I quit" or "I'm tired." It's ok, just come back to where you left Him and give another yes. You are needing for such a time as this.

Lose the weight

There's a weight that is lifted when you can actually say "I'm tired." You don't have to carry what's not yours to carry. Start letting go and giving people back what's there's. If you could carry it, it wouldn't be stressing you. You are not assigned to carry it, give it back to the original owner❤️
