We hosted 12 students as part of the Sumter 100 initiative, a partnership between IGNITE College & Career Academy, Georgia Power, and One Sumter Partnership. It is a powerful, community-driven effort focused on building a strong workforce pipeline. This initiative equips students with the skills, certifications, and hands-on experience they need to succeed in high-demand careers, while also supporting local employers in filling critical workforce gaps. A special thank you to everyone who helped make the tour a success!
