What an honor it was to contribute a Women’s Self Defense class to the 5th Annual Liz Alessio Harvest Hoedown. 💜 Even the smallest difference can go a long way, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to support NEWS in their incredible work with children and families in crisis.

Though we were there in spirit, our hearts were with this amazing community coming together for such a meaningful cause. Thank you, NEWS, for allowing us to give back in this way. 💪✨
