We at the Amelia lodge would like to offer the heartiest of congratulations to Most Worshipful Brother Michael L. McCandlish, on his installation as the Grand Master of Masons in Ohio for the year 2027.

The installation ceremony held in the beautiful Masonic center in Dayton Ohio was truly a joy to behold and a fitting celebration of our great Fraternity.

As he begins his year at the head of our beloved Craft in Ohio, we can look forward with confidence to enthusiastic leadership, his genuine love for all that is good about our beloved craft and his indefatigably to strengthen our great Fraternity by advancing the sacred dictates of Freemasonry, pure and unsullied throughout the great state of Ohio and beyond.

𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

Just a wee reminder my Brothers, Next Tuesday 10/13 marks our scheduled stated meeting for October 2026.

Since our last meeting, the sound of labour has once again echoed throughout the quarries as a dedicated band of Brethren undertook a major refurbishment of our Lodge room.

Their efforts have transformed the appearance of our meeting place.

With freshly decorated walls and brand new flooring, the Lodge room is by all accounts, looking absolutely magnificent.

At our next meeting on next Tuesday evening, the Worshipful Master, Brother Andy Morgan, is hopeful that a good number of Brethren in will be in attendance to see the results of this labour for themselves.

To mark the occasion, we shall be enjoying a celebratory dinner of some sort, (𝑖𝑡'𝑠 𝑢𝑛𝑘𝑛𝑜𝑤𝑛 𝑡𝑜 𝑚𝑒 𝑎𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑚𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑎𝑠 𝑡𝑜 𝑤ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑤𝑖𝑙𝑙 𝑏𝑒 𝑜𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑢) thereby bringing about an excellent opportunity to combine good food with good fellowship.

Regardless, we dine at 6:00 pm.

Please come along, enjoy the company of your Brethren and fellows, come along and share in the unveiling of our beautifully refreshed Lodge room for yourselves.

Our heartfelt thanks are due to every member of the refurbishment committee.

They freely gave their time, energy, and skill to complete this project, and the finished result stands as a testament to their commitment and teamwork.

Above all, we have another excellent evening of Masonic fellowship ahead of us, and I look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible.
