☕️ Coffee & Chaos starts TONIGHT! 🎉

It’s not too late to join us for the start of a brand-new year of Coffee & Chaos! Come connect with women of all ages and stages as we kick off our Good Company year together.

🌙 TONIGHT — Tuesday, Sept. 1 | 6:30–8:00 PM
☀️ TOMORROW — Wednesday, Sept. 2 | 9:15–11:15 AM

Both groups meet in the Youth Center. Pre-registration is appreciated so we can have a space and supplies ready for you, but it is NOT required — you can still just show up! Bring a friend and come join us! 🤍

👧 Wednesday Childcare Info:
• Childcare is available in the Fellowship Hall for ages 2–5 and homeschoolers.
• Birth–23 months will stay with their moms in the main Coffee & Chaos room, where we’ll have a designated area available.
• For childcare check-in, please enter through the church office doors, walk down the hallway, and check in at the church lobby. This helps us avoid Promiseland Preschool traffic. Please use the same route for pickup.
• Parents should come inside for pickup and bring their parent pickup tag.

🎉 GOOD NEWS — Wednesday Morning Childcare Update! ☕️❤️

We are excited to share that we now have enough adult and teen helpers to offer one childcare group for Wednesday morning Coffee & Chaos!

Here’s what families need to know:

👶 Birth–23 months: Little ones are welcome to stay with Mom in the main Coffee & Chaos room. A playpen/enclosed play area will be available for moms and babies to use as needed. This is not staffed childcare, so moms will remain responsible for their children.

🧸 Ages 2–5: Registered childcare will be available in the Fellowship Hall during Wednesday morning Coffee & Chaos.

📚 Homeschool children: A designated table area will also be available in the Fellowship Hall for homeschool students who are able to work independently on schoolwork, reading, or quiet activities they bring with them.

⏰ Wednesday Check-In
Childcare check-in begins at 9:00 AM in the main church lobby outside the Fellowship Hall. Please, no early check-ins. Children must be picked up promptly when Coffee & Chaos ends at 11:15 AM.

✨ REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!

If you plan to use childcare, please register ASAP. Knowing exactly how many children to expect allows us to make sure we have adequate helpers scheduled and everything prepared for our first morning together.

IMPORTANT CHILDCARE UPDATE:
Unfortunately, despite our efforts to find enough childcare workers, we are unable to offer childcare for either group this year. Nursing babies are welcome to stay with Mom at either gathering, and homeschool children may attend Wednesday mornings and work independently at a designated table in the back of the room.

If childcare makes Wednesday mornings difficult, we hope our new Tuesday evening option might make C&C possible for you!

Registration is required so our leaders can prepare enough materials and supplies for everyone attending. Coffee & Chaos is open to women of all ages and stages — you don’t have to be a mom to join us!
