When your husband is scared of heights, you take one for the team. Spent the morning, coming up with a game plan on how to get the old bird nest out of our crane and get it operational again so that one day soon it can bw used to hold our chandelier.

Looks like they had a case of the Mondays. Thank goodness it wasn't the offical historical marker & that the sign itself doesn't look damaged. Here's to hoping they get it fixed soon!

Because of course turning a 97-year-old landmark into the wedding venue of your dreams is naturally going to be a little extra! Follow along as we race the clock to turn the historic piece of Amarillo history into the wedding venue we've been dreaming of and watch as we discover approximately 47,000 things that weren't in the original budget.
