Hello Everyone,

Our final event for the 2024 Stampede to Read Program is upon us. Looking forward to seeing everyone to help on Tuesday May 14th at Range Riders Arena on S. Washington St. The Washington St gate and the Loop 335 gate will both be open. We need to arrive by 7:30am for setup.
Our first group will arrive at 8:30am. The final group will arrive at 10:30am.
We will have 7 stations. We will need an extra helper at each station.

Commenting is open for the Travel Transportation Management plan for the Cross Bar. The proposed travel management plan would designate routes to provide access for motorized and non-motorized travel, establish maintenance guidelines for the designated routes depending on the type of access, and identify use restrictions to protect resources, public safety, and avoid or minimize conflicts among users. The proposed plan would maintain access for multiple uses, including a variety of recreational activities such as hunting, hiking, horseback riding, bicycling, and camping. https://eplanning.blm.gov/eplanning-ui/project/2024865/510 to share your thoughts on how the Cross Bar develops trails and roads.

Our November meeting will be at El Tejavan Restaurant 3420 W Interstate 40, Amarillo, TX on Thursday November 2nd. 6:00pm to eat 7:00pm for meeting. We will be taking officer nominations from the floor and voting for the 2024 year, going over obstacle workshop finalizations, and discussing Christmas party ideas and location .
