What an honor to host the 30th annual event honoring Texas state employees! In 1996 District 87 State Representative David Swinford had a vision to honor the hard-working men and women who pour their lives into service for our state and Texans. Every year since, state agencies in the top 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle have recognized employees for their dedication and work. Congratulations to all of the 2025 Honorees!
