Golden Spread Council - Scouting America The Golden Spread Council, Scouting America is based in Amarillo, Texas, and serves both the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandle Scouts and Volunteers.

More than 2,000 youth and 1,000 adult volunteer Scouters are served by the Golden Spread Council.
