HI all,
The vision zero movement is a great way to start talking about and advocating for improvements of roads in our district. Come to the workshop and learn about where our most dangerous intersections are and how to advocate for improved design. There is growing funding for complete streets through the Buttigieg administration (Safe Streets for all) and Amarillo and Canyon are working on Vision Zero plans. Come learn more and become a local advocate!

Hi all, Farm and City is hosting Vision Zero trainings in Texas next week (Sept 25-29). They are 2 hour online trainings via zoom.

Vision zero’s goal is to reduce traffic fatalities for all users to zero. It is a great way to advocate for safer designs on roads in your community and improve the quality of life for Amarillo. If anyone would like more info, please reply here or dm me and I can email you the link to the trainings. Happy riding!
