At the Amarillo Area Bar Association's May 2026 Spring Institute, our own Benjamin Doyle presented "Ten Cases Every Texas Litigator Should Know," a practical CLE session covering key Texas cases that impact every stage of civil litigation, from voir dire and evidence to damages, causation, and jury argument.
