Gotta Have It campaign. ❤️ Donate blood Feb 1–Mar 31 at Coffee Memorial or any mobile drive and receive this cute tee. 👀🤭 Donors can dedicate their donation to a local school, and the school with the highest donor participation (based on enrollment) earns monetary contributions. Every O donor who gives this week helps us prevent an appeal and ensures our communities remain self-sufficient. On Thursday, May 8th, we had the absolute honor of celebrating the Patient Care Tech students at Dimmitt High School as they received their well-earned PCT pins and wow, what a moment it was. 🤍

This group holds such a special place in our hearts. They didn’t just commit to the classroom - they went above and beyond, leading a meaningful HOSA project focused on blood donation awareness. From hosting lunch and learns and filming a vlog, to organizing a student breakfast that brought their school and community together around the lifesaving mission of donation - they showed up in every way.

Because of their dedication and heart, they gave hope to 228 patients and volunteered over 150 hours through Our Blood Institute at Coffee Memorial Blood Center.

To the Dimmitt PCT students: your passion, your purpose, and your leadership are exactly what this world needs more of. You are true healthcare heroes, and this is only the beginning.♡

Last night, SMA Adye Bounsing earned her Patient Tech Care pin, and it’s honestly so well-deserved. She has been putting in the work - late nights studying, juggling school, saving lives as an Our Blood Institute Ambassador, all while being there for her family and friends. She handles it all, no questions asked. ♾️🤍

Even when life throws curveballs, she stays sharp, keeps it together, and gets things done. Adye has this quiet strength and determination that’s impossible to miss. She is the real deal, and we are beyond excited to see her graduate from West Plains and head to AC, with big plans for Texas Tech and pharmacy school. She’s got goals, and we are here for it.

Big thanks to , our Amarillo Volunteer Coordinator, for always showing up not just for OBI, but for moments like this. Because it’s the people who show up that make these moments count. Xo. 🫶🏼

Last night, a few of our Amarillo SMAs got together at the Big Texan to celebrate VAW - and let me tell you, it was so much more than just a dinner. 👢🤎 Yes, our mission is about saving lives, but it’s also about the deeper stuff. The soul stuff. Like turning strangers into sisters and building bonds that go way beyond the job.

These girls? They have created something beautiful. They are out there making a difference, showing up for each other in every season, and proving that purpose and friendship go hand in hand. It’s not just about what we do - it’s about who we do it with. That’s the magic.

A HUGE shoutout to Amarillo Volunteer Coordinator, . Sarah, your heart is unmatched. You have been the biggest support to your ambassadors - connecting them, mentoring them, and most importantly, just being their friend. We see you, we appreciate you, and we are beyond grateful for everything you do. ♡
