Postpartum Support of the Texas Panhandle PSTP, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, empowers mothers to find support, comfort and unity within a nurturing group setting.

Each mother is acknowledged in her struggle and given support so that the joy of motherhood can be achieved and cherished. We offer a private online support group https://www.facebook.com/groups/postpartumsupportofthetexaspanhandle for moms who are struggling with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. And offer monthly in person support group meetings held the last Tuesday of every month!

I'm sure many of you are aware of the trial going on regarding Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and Postpartum Psychosis. (I'm not naming names or going into detail here)

Please take care of you if you are keeping tabs on everything. Be mindful of your own emotions watching or reading anything. Things being discussed are very hard to hear for many.
If you feel you need to talk to someone, please message us. We are here for you.
I know everything can be very triggering. I myself have just started following it. But have to be careful.
Please know you are loved, wanted and needed.
