This summer, our region has added ✨NEW✨ referees to our ref crew!!

🤩 Region 1103 now has 11 new 10/12U referees and A.R.s. as well as 5 new 8U referees!

That’s 16 referees trained in the last 3 months👏

Special thanks to Chip Walaska our Regional Ref Trainer for sharing your knowledge, skills & time to help our region develop a stronger ref team ⚽️ 💪🏼

Referees are a HUGE part of making our games possible. They help keep things fair, fun, and safe for all of our players. And the best part? You don’t need experience to get started — we’ll provide the training and support you need.

Whether you’re a parent, former player, or just someone who wants to give back to the community, this is a great way to:

Right now, AYSO Region 1103 is in real need of volunteers to step up and make a difference for our players. We’re looking for coaches and team parents who are willing to give a little time to create a big impact.

You don’t need to be a soccer expert. You just need to care, show up, and help give these kids the experience they deserve — confidence, teamwork, and fun.

Without volunteers, teams can’t run. It’s that simple.

⚽ You're registered... now what?
Thank you for registering with Region 1103 AYSO! Our volunteers are hard at work preparing for an exciting fall season.

Here's what you can expect over the next few weeks:
👥 Teams are being formed.
⏳ Waitlisted players may be assigned as additional volunteer coaches step forward.
📅 Coaches will contact families once teams are finalized and practice schedules are set.

Thank you for your patience as we prepare for another great season. We can't wait to see everyone on the field soon!

A 16U-Boys team consisting of players from our program and from the neighboring AYSO 1103 Soccer program took first place at last weekend's Summer Iowa Games in Des Moines! The team went 3-0 over two days and won the championship in the 16U Boys Select 11v11 division. Congratulations boys! 🥇
