🌟 Grow in Sahuarita Client Spotlight: Jojo’s Playhouse
When the world shut down in 2020, creating safe, joyful spaces for young children became more challenging than ever. For Laura Vebber, the struggle was personal. As she watched her grandson navigate pandemic-shaped isolation, the idea for Jojo’s Playhouse was born — a place where kids could play, imagine, and connect again.
Laura transformed that idea into a warm, inclusive indoor play space where all children — including those on the autism spectrum — can feel welcome, explore, and grow. Today, Jojo’s Playhouse offers themed play sessions, craft days, seasonal events, and a community atmosphere where parents can relax while their kids learn and have fun.
Jojo’s Playhouse is an excellent example of how local businesses can turn a meaningful idea into a thriving community space with the support of the Grow in Sahuarita program. Through personalized coaching, resources, and guidance, Laura and Kelsey have continued to expand their offerings and strengthen their impact on families across Sahuarita.
