Practice DOESN’T make perfect. PERFECT PRACTICE makes perfect! We are going to have practice this Tuesday at 7:15pm for youth Roughstock at AYLAA arena. There will be NO live animals. We are going to work on the basics- getting your form correct, how to tie a bull rope knot, what to do coming out of the shoot and basic “what can I do at home to be a good bull rider”. Small tricks like standing on a basketball - JB Mauney stood on a basketball for one hour everyday to work on his balance. Simple stuff like that and gear will be covered. Will love to have you out there! Practice will maybe be an hour to an hour and a half.
I will be bringing my drop barrel, stationary barrel, and other supplies.

Mr. Hal teaching these children (boys and girls) the finer points of riding youth rough stock! Most bull riding schools teach how to ride bulls. We focus on the younger kids and what they will be riding (youth rough stock are not getting on a Bodacious bull that turns back! They are getting on steers and calves that turn and run and have a little buck to them.)

We also don't just teach the kids! We want the parents involved and learning. We only teach an hour a week - but you are with your kid everyday. We need you to learn just as much as them!

Remember kids - Practice does NOT make perfect! PERFECT PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT
