Financial literacy is one of the most important skills we can give a student, and this year we did just that!

Through our Race to Financial Fitness, students across our partner schools took part in an interactive, hands-on workforce activity where they moved through stations with their local banking partners, learning essential financial literacy skills, including credit vs. debit, how to write a check, net vs. gross pay, taxes, and so much more. This year, we brought this experience to schools throughout our network and reached over 1,000 students!

The school year may be winding down, but we are not slowing down!

United School District students spent the day at Seward Power Plant, getting a firsthand look at the energy industry. From meeting the team to touring the plant and sharing a meal together, it was a great day of real-world learning.

Thank you to the team at Seward Generation, LLC, for opening your doors and showing our students what a career in energy can look like. They left engaged and ready for what is next!

This is what happens when education meets industry! 🔩

CPI students got a firsthand look inside DiamondBack Covers' manufacturing facility, touring the floor, watching the process, and seeing exactly what a career in manufacturing looks like up close.

Experiences like this go beyond the classroom and show students what they are truly working toward. Seeing a Diamondback Cover come to life right in front of them is something no textbook can replicate.

Job shadowing, but make it fun! 🎤🏆💼

Thank you to Duncan Financial Group for hosting Norwin High School students for a day of career exploration. Students had the chance to learn more about different departments, play Jeopardy, and enjoy lunch with the team. Experiences like these give students a behind-the-scenes look at future career opportunities while keeping learning interactive and engaging.

What a night at Cheers for Charity – Kick-Off for a Cause!
Thank you to the Pittsburgh Airport Area Chamber of Commerce for hosting such an incredible event that brought nonprofits and the community together in a meaningful way.
