Happy Saturday AYSA family!!

I wanted to reach out regarding our upcoming election on June 16th for the President and Safety & Security position. We only received one nominee acceptance for each position.

With that, per Roberts Rule of order a ballot election is not needed at this time. The nominees who accepted their nominations will be granted the positions in which they were nominated by acclamation. The nominees will hold their position for three years per our current bylaws.

Thank you to those who submitted nominations and trusting the board of AYSA with your youth.

Big shout out to Coach Terrell’s 14U team!! They spent this weekend playing in the Joshua autism awareness tournament where they took 2nd place!

That championship game was rough between changing temps and a rain delay but they pushed through and played a great game!! Win or lose AYSA is proud of you!

Fittings will now be held May 19th in the boardroom. 109 Percifield trail

Please make sure your cheerleader wears the proper attire to ensure uniforms are fitted properly.

We will be doing different time frames for each age group
K-2nd — 5:30pm
3rd-5th — 6pm
6th-8th — 6:30pm
