Compassionate Care Coalition A non-profit 501(c)(3) created to meet the urgent funding need for health services in our local area.

The purpose of CCC foundation is to help provide funding to pay for medical care such as office visits, lab work, imaging studies, diagnostic testing, initial specialist visits, and other services as needed. In order to efficiently and professionally facilitate these services the individual must be a patient of Alvarado Medical Clinic and meet specific income guidelines.

Compassionate Care Coalition (CCC) of Alvarado, Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) agency that was created to provide funds for basic healthcare services for low income and uninsured residents of Johnson County and surrounding areas.
CCC has partnered with Alvarado Medical Clinic in Alvarado Texas to meet this need. We provide funding for the Patient Assistance Program at this clinic. Right now we have an urgent need to increase funds. This will allow provision of more services for qualifying persons and families who are desperately seeking basic healthcare.
