We have SO many to thank this week at the Alva Wesleyan Food Bank!
1.) The USPS and their amazing mail carriers collected 1930lbs of food donations! 💌
2.) ALL the generous citizens who filled bags and left them for mail carriers on Saturday at their mailboxes and doorsteps! 🏡
3.) Mrs. Yvette Nusser transported it all to the food bank 💪 (if you know her you are not surprised).
4.) Woods County 4H members helped unpack and sort all the items to stock in the pantry. 🍀

The annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive is taking place this Saturday and the Food Bank is asking for volunteers to help our mail carriers collect food!

Volunteers can follow the mail routes before or behind the mail carriers and take the food that's been left in boxes and on porches.

The food picked up with be taken to the Alva Wesleyan Food Bank
