PURPOSE:
To build a network of E-5's and E-6s non-commissioned officers to share ideas, provide mentorship, and address concerns that impact the enlisted force. A professional organization focusing on improving morale and the quality of life for all enlisted members assigned to Altus AFB. VISION:
As a group, the Altus Warrior 5/6 Council will guide each other in becoming highly competent leaders a

nd role models so that our example can display the positive qualities of an Air Force NCO. We will mentor junior Airmen and inspire them to become future leaders so that the Air Force will always have airmen ready to take on the responsibilities of a NCO. We will inform leadership of enlisted needs and concerns so they can stay informed on the morale and welfare of their enlisted force. We will donate our time to the base and local community to enhance the relationships our NCOs have with each other and the community.
