Charity Sew Day
On Valentine’s Day, we had a group of 13 that showed up to our first charity sew and had a marvelous time. We had chili, chicken cheese chowder, and ham and bean soup; provided by the people that attended along with cornbread and cookies, veggies and dip, chicken salad and sandwiches. We will be having three more charity sews this year. Linda smith brought kits for baby quilts that were popular and she has assured us that there will be more available at the next one.
