✨️Monday & Men's Mental Health Month✨️

Let's go guys!!

Mental Health for Men has changed drastically over recent years, but it still is not as common for men to seek support as it is for women.

Why? The "Man up" mentality.

Men find it exceptionally difficult to talk about mental health due to deep-rooted cultural conditioning, social stigmas, and tangible fears of personal and professional fallout.

*We dont support that here*

We WANT men to know its okay to not be okay and we have support for you.

Your life experiences and mental health deserve the same guidance, support, and care as anyone else.

These men.. the ones in the photo have shown up, stepped up, and broke stigma!

Proud of you! 🙌🙌🙌
