Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas everyone! With the winter season here, it's time for the Holiday Toy Shop at the Children's Miracle Network at Geisinger! This is a program created by the Child Life team at the hospital to set up a 'shop' where families can select gifts for their children that are inpatients and their siblings so that the holidays can be brighter for them as they receive treatment.
Thanks to the funds raised earlier this year with the Greenbean Coffee House during Tabletop Weekend (with the help of Snake Eyes Gaming, The Wolf and Wyvern, and Sentinels' Keep Gaming Society) we're able to directly donation over $800 worth of items to the Holiday Toy Shop, 60 blankets for patients to help bring them comfort, and 10 very huggable BlairBears plushies!
As always we are thankful and humbled by the support we receive every year to do what we do raising donations for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and Extra Life. We hope you have a wonderful rest of the year with your friends and family! And we'll see you next year to continue to make the world a better place!

Welp ! Turns out there were a few pending online transactions for some of the donations we collected at the Fall 2025 Sci-Fi Valley Con that finally processed, so we're updating the total! The (probably) final total raised for Extra Life, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, and Children's Miracle Network at Geisinger is $5633! Again from the bottom of our hearts, thank you! We couldn't of done this without you!

Hey there ! The final total for the Fall 2025 Sci-Fi Valley Con is in! With your help we were able to raise $5028 for Extra Life, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, and Children's Miracle Network at Geisinger! We'd let to thank every table that donated to the Con-Quest and charity auction, all the amazing artists that donated their time and talent to the charity quick sketch, the con staff and GBU members that volunteered throughout the weekend, and everyone that joined in on all the fun and made monetary donations! We cherish getting to make the world a brighter place for these kids and their families as well as feel humbled by the continued support. Again from the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

As we finish up tallying the donations from the Fall Sci-Fi Valley Con, we're happy to announce an update from our Tabletop Weekend event from last month !
Thanks to everyone that came out, played games, painted models, and donated we were able to raise $489! Then thanks to everyone that stopped by for tasty drinks and delicious food, the Greenbean Coffee House donated $831!
Which means that we were able to raise a total of $1320 for Extra Life, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, and Children's Miracle Network at Geisinger!
Thanks again to everyone that came out to support this great cause including the Greenbean Coffee House, Snake Eyes Gaming, The Wolf and Wyvern, and Sentinels' Keep Gaming Society!
