Work continued this morning on the N5 cabin car.

Welding repairs were completed on one of the roof overhangs of the car.

Journal bearings were removed, inspected, and lubricated.

Note the markings on the bearing indicating a 1957 manufacture date.

New concrete was poured over a repair in the floor of the car. The subfloor was severely corroded necessitating the repair. Concrete was used as this is how the PRR originally constructed the car.

Work has now also started on the reactivation of the V***r Caban stove.
