We're kicking off the start of block parties to bring our neighborhoods together in Altoona, PA. The premise is simple: Show up, talk to your neighbors, enjoy some food, sing, dance, run around the park, make art, talk some more, and have fun.
We will have a survey for everyone to complete in the next few days. We'd appreciate your insight for the four parks we're targeting this year. We'll post a link soon!
