Incident Manager/ Certified Investigator

Southern Alleghenies Service Management Group (SASMG) is a non-profit company contracted with the County of Blair to manage services for people with Developmental Disabilities (DD). SASMG Employees understand and share a commitment to a person-centered approach, have strong connections with one another, and face the challenges associated with our work.

SASMG is seeking a full-time program professional to meet the challenges of the dynamic, complex system of the DD Program in Blair County. Primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Incident management, and completing assigned investigations of reported incidents. A successful candidate will be able to interface with people who use services and their families; have strong organization skills, be flexible, demonstrate initiative, and have the ability to work with a close-knit team.

Minimum of a qualifying Associate Degree and 4 years’ experience supporting people with developmental disabilities or a bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience. Completion of the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Program’s certified investigator course is a requirement upon hire. Current certification and experience are preferred. Salary range starts at $48,000 annually, plus benefits.
