Tomorrow is Cow Patty Bingo at Lakemont Park, starting at 5pm, to benefit the Miracle League of Blair County. There will be food trucks, live entertainment, a bingo board starring The Cow, and goodies from Casey’s Café. Casey even created a cow patty cookie just for this event! Come out to Lakemont for some fun and be sure to stop by our tent.
The café will be open Thursday and Friday from 7am to 12:30pm this week. Hope to see you soon!

The Penguin Project of the Altoona Community Theatre held their first practice this week in preparation for performing Shrek Jr. in August. The goal of the Project is to provide a support environment for children with disabilities to explore their creative talents. To get in the spirit of the show, Casey made Shrek-themed cupcakes for the cast, mentors and leaders at the first practice, and they celebrated Hannah S.'s birthday! We are excited to announce that Solving The Puzzle has received a grant from Walmart Giving through the Altoona Walmart #2049 store! Our fundraising efforts towards moving Casey’s Café from the current sales point to a full café continue, and every grant and donation certainly helps towards our goal. Some more pictures of your trips wearing Casey’s Café t-shirts. They’ve been to some great places already, where will yours go? We haven’t seen a beach pic yet, and there are many theme parks and national parks for them to explore as well. We have sizes ranging from Adult Small to 3XL.
