On Saturday, October 8th, the Masons of Winnipisaukee Lodge, in conjunction with the Alton Police Association, are hosting a Beanhole Dinner with the net proceeds to benefit the Lavallee family. Their daughter is battling Leukemia, and the Masons and Police hope to be able help the family with expenses associated with her treatment. The dinner will consist of Smoked Ham, Navy and Kidney beans cooked in cast iron pots in the Lodge’s bean holes, rolls, cole slaw; coffee and tea; fruit punch or lemonade; and dessert. Hot dogs will be available for the kids while supplies last. Dinner will be served from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Masonic Lodge located on Route 28, a quarter mile south of the Alton Traffic circle. Please plan to attend to help out this local family. there is a $10.00 donation

Masonry is about brotherhood,about helping others. Being there for one another. Unless you do somthing illegal or horrible, I believe once a brother always a brother. It is not about making money,who's paid what,who's up to date on dues. And if you have not paid your dues, your forgotten about, I think a lot of masons don't know the real meaning of being in an organization like the masons,yeah you may go thru all the degrees known to Masonry,and wear all the jewelry but it's about being a decent human being, knowing how to treat people, I feel sorry for the people that are too into themselves to treat and respect your brothers with dignity.

Mon 9th
2 events: 1. EA rehearsal at 630.
2. Rick Dame is hosting a painting party in the dining area at 645. Those not involved with the Degree welcome to join in.

Tues 10th
Paul Mertz son is taking his EA Degree with Jewell Lodge at the William Pitt Tavern at Portsmouth.
Lodge opens at 700. Leave our Lodge at 545PM Anyone wishing to attend that hasn't already told Paul Mertz, please contact him at 848-7652.

Wed 11th
150 Committee meeting at the Lodge 630

Thurs 12th Stated Communication.
Dinner 615.
Lodge opens at 700. Work of the evening is EA degree for 2 candidates. One is ours, and one is from Moses Paul Lodge, being done as a courtesy. JW Dave Collier will be stepping up to WM for the Degree.

Today is the day,Alton NH Masons' Breakfast Buffet, open to the public, from 730-1100. $10, all you can eat, no bringing tupperware containers, ive tried. If you go away hungry, it is not our fault. The Breakfast is on the third Sunday of each month.
