Sweet Union Development Corporation SUDC is a non-profit corporationization with an Internal Revenue code 501(c) (3) in the State of Texas.

The SUDC exists for the purpose of expanding opportunities available to the elderly , low and moderate income residents in the Sweet Union and surrounding communities. Also, to obtain affordable housing by constructing, rehabilitating, preserving, and providing decent, safe and sanitary housing for such residents. Through related activities, the SUDC shall also seek to construct a fellowship/commu

nity center, restore historical buildings and engage in community projects for the benefit of all residents.
