Turmeric oil or the Dual Chamber capsules… which one makes more sense? 🌿

They both come from turmeric, but they’re actually giving you different parts of the plant.

🧡 Turmeric Essential Oil contains the volatile, oil-soluble compounds of turmeric, including turmerones. I love this option for its versatility - you can use it topically, add it to a roller or massage blend, or use it internally according to label directions.

💛 Turmeric Dual Chamber Capsules go a step further. They combine turmeric essential oil with a curcuminoid complex from turmeric root extract, giving you a broader range of turmeric compounds in one supplement. If I were looking for more complete, everyday turmeric support, this would be my first choice.

And what about black pepper? You don’t automatically need to add it. The Dual Chamber formula uses its own formulation technology to improve curcuminoid bioavailability.

So for me, it comes down to this:

Want simple + versatile? → Turmeric Oil
Want a more complete daily turmeric supplement? → Dual Chamber Capsules

And if I were already taking the Dual Chamber daily, I personally wouldn’t feel the need to add Turmeric oil internally every day -but I’d still love having the oil around for topical use. 🧡
